I have spent the last two decades in the life insurance industry at the intersection of Product, Marketing, Distribution and Strategy. I have led some of the industry's biggest transformational initiatives and I know first-hand what it takes to create lasting commercial success.

I started my career as a newspaper reporter, and I continue to bring those instincts to every opportunity I work on -- getting the facts, talking to everyone involved, and then communicating a compelling, truthful narrative with clarity. 

This approach helped me open up new product categories that have generated billions in new premium, create new patented capabilities that improve the customer experience, and build teams that propel organizations forward. 

I am passionate about the good that insurance provides and about finding innovative ways to create lasting value in our industry.
